Ch. Wolf Group ("Company", "we", "our") provides business consulting services including but not limited to:

• Operational improvement strategies
• Strategic planning and implementation
• Crisis management support
• Leadership coaching and organizational development

2. Scope of Services

Our consulting services are advisory in nature. We provide recommendations, strategies, and guidance based on our experience and analysis. All final business decisions remain with the client.

3. Equity-for-Services Model

When applicable, our equity-for-services arrangements are structured as business partnerships where:

• Services are provided in exchange for equity stakes in client companies
• All equity arrangements are documented through formal legal agreements
• Risk and reward are shared between parties
• Terms are negotiated on a case-by-case basis

4. Client Obligations

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information necessary for our services
• Implement recommendations at their own discretion and risk
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary methodologies and processes
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction

5. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted under applicable European law. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, regarding outcomes or results. Business turnarounds involve inherent risks, and success cannot be guaranteed.

6. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and business matters. Client data is processed in accordance with GDPR and applicable European data protection regulations.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by European Union commercial law and the laws of the jurisdiction where services are primarily delivered. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with European arbitration standards.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate consulting agreements with appropriate notice as specified in individual service agreements. Equity arrangements have separate termination clauses as defined in partnership agreements.
